HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
All dimensions represent the dimension of the paper.
Take into consideration that you may need to get your print framed
and this will increase the overall size that ends up hanging on your wall.
DO THE PRINTS COME FRAMED?
The prints are shipped unframed.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Yes! We ship worldwide.
WHEN WILL THE PRINT ARRIVE?
Your print/s will ship within 14 days + delivery time.
To make each print special and authentic Kate Shaw
needs to be in Melbourne to sign and number each one.
Kate is sometimes out of town for a few days but don’t worry
we will contact you if there are any major delays.
Let us know if you require EXPRESS before a specific date
we will try our best.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
The prints are sent registered via AUSTRALIA POST.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Unless otherwise stated, shipping in
Australia and International is a flat rate of USD $20
WHAT DO YOU PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
The prints are rolled in protective tissue + paper and sent in a protective PVC tube.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
We don’t currently offer tracking or shipping notification, but if you’re eager to find out if your order is in transit, feel free to reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll be in contact.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are made through PayPal checkout, but you don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase.

DOES MY LIMITED EDITION PRINT COME SIGNED AND NUMBERED?
Yes! Each print is signed and numbered by Kate Shaw.
DO I GET A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION?
Yes! Each print comes with a Certificate of Print Quality and Authenticity issued by the print house on behalf of the Artist Kate Shaw
ARE THE LIMITED EDITION PRINTS REALLY LIMITED EDITION
Yes! Each print is signed and numbered.
Once an edition has SOLD OUT that edition size will not be released again.
ARE THE LIMITED EDITION PRINTS ARCHIVAL QUALITY?
Yes! You will receive a certificate that guarantees the pigment ink giclee
print meets archival quality standards acceptable for collecting.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LIMITED EDITION PRINT?
To make sure that you get the maximum life from your print:
Do not display it in direct sunlight or heavily lit sun lit rooms.
We recommend if you are framing to ask for 98% UV protection glass or acrylic standard glass & acrylic only filter about 65% of damaging UV light.
When handling avoid touching with bare skin on any area of the print.
Protect from excess humidity and heat.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT 10% OF SALE PRICE HAS BEEN DONATED TO CHARITY?
We will email you are receipt from the donation of the charity website.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be 100% happy with your Kate Shaw Limited Edition Print.
If for some reason you aren’t please don’t hesitate to contact.
Let us know what has happened so we can work out whether we need to resend or refund.
In the case of a print being damaged in transit we can organise a reprint of your edition number.
The damaged print will need to be sent back to the print house.
Postage cost for print/s sent back will be covered by you.
We will cover the postage and production costs of the reprint and make sure they are sent back to you via EXPRESS.
